Jobmatch Employment is an Inclusive Employment Service (IES) provider and a registered NDIS Service providing people with an illness, injury or disability one-on-one tailored support to achieve their career and life goals.

We are proudly a for‑purpose registered charity that has been providing a free and confidential service to both jobseekers and employers since 1992 across the Gympie, Cooloola, and South Burnett regions. The central purpose and driving force behind our success is finding jobs that match our participants’ interests and abilities, while supporting and championing inclusion within our community.

We respect the needs of employers by finding suitable employees that have the right skills and motivation to suit the business. This leads to positive outcomes for everyone concerned. It’s why we do what we do.

WE BELIEVE IN

to people’s lives through skills development, employment and community connections.

  • QUALITY

We are committed to provide high standard, effective and equitable supports that respect the diversity of all people.

  • INTEGRITY

We are fair and honest, building trust and respect amongst people with disability, their families and carers, employers, staff and providers in the community.

  • EMPOWERMENT

We work in partnership with participants and their families, employers and other stakeholders to enable access to appropriate services to ensure participants have choice, control and a voice.

  • EDUCATION

We see every task as an opportunity to learn and continually improve. We are reflective, ask for and act on feedback, and regularly evaluate our performance with employers and inclusive work practices.
